BriMadeIt Custom Embroidery Shop Policy

 

Minimum Orders

Our standard minimum order is 10 garments or $200 before blanks. We may waive this minimum during special promotions or package deals.

 

Turnaround Time

Standard production is 7–21 business days after payment and mockup approval. Rush orders are available starting at $125, subject to capacity.

 

Payments & Cancellations

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once payment is received and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds are issued on custom work.

 

Customer-Supplied Items

We accept customer-supplied garments with a signed waiver. BriMadeIt is not responsible for defects, damage, or replacement of supplied items. If we do not provide the garment, we cannot replace it.

 

Artwork & Logos

Your logos and designs remain your property and will not be shared or reproduced without your consent. We may request permission to showcase your work for marketing purposes.

 

Quality Commitment

We use premium machines, threads, and materials to deliver high-quality, durable embroidery and printing. All work is completed with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
