We are dedicated to ensuring quality and efficiency in every project we undertake. To maintain the high standards we uphold, we require a minimum order of 10 garments. However, we understand that flexibility is important, and during our special sales or package deals, this minimum order requirement may be waived to accommodate your needs.

Our standard turnaround time for processing and completing orders ranges from 7 to 21 business days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece is crafted with precision and care. If you find yourself in need of a quicker turnaround, we are happy offer rush order options starting at a fee of $125, ensuring that you your garments as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

It’s essential to highlight our payment and cancellation policy: all orders must be paid in full before we commence any work on them. Once we have received your payment, we begin processing your order immediately. As a result, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations, and we do not provide refunds. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Your logos and files are of utmost importance to us, and we take their protection seriously. You can rest assured that your designs will remain confidential and secure within our system. No other brands will have access to your files, and we will not replicate your in any manner. However, we may use your files for promotional purposes on our Facebook or Instagram accounts, but only with your explicit approval.Brimadeit is committed to delivering high-quality garments using top-notch machines and materials. However, we cannot be held responsible for any materials provided by customers. Please note that if we do not supply the garments ourselves, we will not be able to replace them.
